Hey Brian,
The distance is 12 inches between the arms of the Shocker 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pinbox for Lippert 1621/0719 and Rhino Box # SHK23MR.
This replaces the 12 inch wide Lippert 1621, 0719 and Rhino Box pin boxes on a 5th wheel trailer, so it's important you have one of those if you're going to use the # SHK23MR. If you aren't 100% sure, I have added a link below to a help article which details how to measure to find what pin box you have.
