The Lock N Roll Articulating Coupler # 336TS504 uses a standard 6mm x 1 low profile grease zerk. For a grease gun I recommend the LubriMatic Professional Pistol Grease Gun # L30416 along with the LubriMatic LMX Industrial Strength Grease # L11390.
