Parts Needed For Flat Towing a 2024 Chevrolet Trax

We have a 2024 Chevy Trax and want to flat tow it behind our RV. We have the Non-Binding Tow Bar and Curt Base Plates, the Stay-In-Play Duo Flat Tow Brake System for RVs with Hydraulic Brakes and Tow Bar Brake System. What else do we need, and do you have it? Thank you

So currently(6/11/24), the only custom fit base plate I see available for your 2024 Chevrolet Trax is the Demco # DM59YV. Not sure if this is what you meant you have. If you can verify this and which non-binding tow bar you have I can verify if you will need any type of adapter.
As for the Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo Braking System # DM86VR you will want to make sure you have a Charge Line # RM-156-25 to prevent the battery on your Trax from being drained. You will also need the Wiring # DM9523010-54 to both connect the charge line and wire in the taillights to operate off your tow vehicle.
Finally you may need a Blue Ox Adjustable Drop Hitch Receiver Adapter # BLU28XR. This will allows you to keep the tow bars within 3" of level protecting them from damage.

Hi Bud, A correction of sorts. We have the following: 1. Blue Ox Tow Bar Brake System 2. Blue Ox #BX7445 Aventa LX Tow Bar Class IV What do we need to flat tow the 2024 Chevy Trax? The RV has hydraulic brakes. Thank you.

Hi Bud. Thank you for this information. I will take another look at what we have = models, #s, etc. Is it OK if I write back to you? I just want to make sure that I have the right parts. This is my first RV and I want to get it right.
