Hey Les,

The TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extension # TLE1536 you were looking at is exclusively for TorkLift's SuperHitch so you'd have to replace the factory hitch with part # TL74FR in order to use it. There are other hitch extenders available but they'll reduce the capacity of your trailer hitch by 50% and won't be nearly as long as the SuperTruss extenders. Do you know how long of an extender you need to clear the truck bed camper?

Kevin, It looks like I’d need something about 42” long.

@Les For a 42" extension you would need the TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extension for SuperHitch Trailer Hitch Receivers - 42" Long # TLE1542 along with the TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum Trailer Hitch Receiver # TL74FR in order to mount it. This hitch extender will drop the towing capacity down to 6,000lbs or 12,000 when used with a weight distribution hitch.

@KevinC Would the 41” - 48” titan hitch box extension work too?

@Les The Titan Hitch Box Extension for 2-1/2" Trailer Hitches, 41" - 48" Long # RP45018 could potentially work but it does have some fitment issues with OEM Class V hitches if they have rounded edges. You'd also have a lower towing capacity of 4,000lbs at 48" or 5,000lbs at 41".
