Volume Control Knob On Jensen AWM970 RV Stereo Is Stuck On High

Question:
We have a Jensen AWM 97o in our RV and my granddaughter played with it and now the volume won’t work. It is stuck on a high volume and we can’t use it. Help!!

While the volume knob on your Jensen AWM970 can also be used to adjust different volume settings and is used in the menu it should function normally as a volume control when the radio is cycled off and on. If your volume knob still will not function there must have been something which broke inside the knob which is not allowing it to function. You will most likely need to replace the stereo if this is the case as your unit is obsolete. We do have the Jensen # JWM60A which can be used in its place.
