Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com Today, we're taking a look at the Tailor Made Snap Fastener Die and Setting Set.This is going to allow you to quickly and easily install your snap fasteners on your boat covers, tarps, things like that.This is going to include your die set, which will allow you to attach your male or your female snap fasteners. It's also going to include your setting tool. You will need a hammer to use this set, as you will be hammering down on your setting tool. Your die piece does have the female and male sides so that you can set both ends of your snap fasteners.The way this works, we got a female snap fastener here to show you. You'll set the end in your die piece.

You'll put a hole in your boat tarp, or what have you, and then you'll insert that hole over top of our raised piece here and put that shallow part on top of the fabric, and then you'll use your setting tool, put it in there, and then hammer down. That's going to crimp those pieces together, which will allow you to then use the male side to connect there and create that nice snap feature. So you don't have to worry about ripping a hole in your tarp, and it will make a much more sturdy way of keeping your tarp together.So that's going to complete our look at the Tailor Made Snap Fastener Die and Setting Toolset..
