Hey Fulton, thanks for reaching out!

The Thule T2 Pro X Bike Rack # TH26ZE is compatible with 20" - 29" wheel diameters so it will work with smaller bikes, but not if you have smaller kids bikes with something like a 18" wheel.

The Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # KU77FR has a wider range of wheel compatibility at 18" - 29" and has specs that match pretty close to the Pro X so I recommend checking out the Transfer V2 if your kids bikes have an 18" wheel.
