Recommended Trailer Hitch for a 2018 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid

do you have hitches that fit the hybrid Rav 4 2018? need the wiring too.

Yes, we do. I recommend Curt, part # C13406. It's a fit for all of the 2018 RAV4's including the Hybrid model like you have.

I like how the crosstube is hidden behind the RAV4's bumper and all you see is the receiver tube sticking out. Take a look at the picture I attached. I've also linked the install video for you, which isn't on a Hybrid model but the install is the same.

The wiring harness # HM11141820 from Hopkins gives you a 4-way to power the trailer lights. It plugs into connectors that are behind the paneling on both sides in the rear cargo area. I don't have an install video on a RAV4 but I have linked the install details for you.

What is the difference between draw tite 76134 and 75235?

The Draw-Tite # 76134 and # 75235 are both designed to fit your RAV4 but they differ both in their capacities and physical design. The Draw-Tite # 76134 features a "hidden" design where only the 2" receiver will be visible on the vehicle. The Draw-Tite # 75235 will be fully exposed (crosstube and all) but it does offer an easier install process and higher weight capacities.
