Hello, I have a 2014 Toyota RAV4 LE I have cross bars. I want to have a set up where I can put my paddle board and kayak on top . Currently, I use straps, but they are starting to show wear.

One of our easier options is going to be using 2 of the Lockrack Adjustable Watersport Carriers # LR24VR on the roof of your 2014 Toyota RAV4. Depending on how wide your kayak and paddle board are they may not fit side to side in which case you could still use the one Lockrack carrier for your paddle board and then have a J-Style rack like the Kuat Class 4 V2 Kayak Roof Rack # KU53VR which will place the kayak on its side and take up less room of the roof rack. Both of these options have a universal mount so they will clamp around most all roof rack crossbars.

Hi, Bud I looked at videos I do need adapter as my cross bar is not channel set just smooth on top. I would like to transport both paddle board and width of paddle board 33” BIC SUP 10.0 Cross Kayak 29” perception Impulse 10.0

@VanessaF While both the racks above can be mounted in a crossbar channel they do include standard mounts to clamp around your cross bars. With the width of your paddle board and kayak you are going to want to use one of each of the carriers so you can place the kayak on its end.

@BudM Can you tell me the part number again: 2 of each. My understanding is the paddle board gets its own mount set and kayak get its own mount set

@VanessaF For the paddle board you will want the Lockrack Adjustable Watersport Carriers # LR24VR and for the Kayak it will use the Kuat Class 4 V2 Kayak Roof Rack # KU53VR.
