Comparing Thule and Yakima Roof Racks for a 2021 Toyota RAV4 with Flush Rails

Question:

I have a 2021 toyota rav4 with roof rails with fixed point attachment points. I appears the yakima system will allow for the cross bars to easily be removed when not in use. Is the same true of the thule rapid podium feet? Is there any significant difference in the aerodynamics of the yakima core bar or jetsteam bar or thule aero bar?

The most aerodynamic crossbar on the market is the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbar. The Yakima CoreBar and Yakima Jetstream are both comparable but Thule does have the edge in reduced wind noise and drag. They can all however be easily removed and reinstalled as needed. I recommend the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbar System composed of part # TH711220, part # TH460R, and part # THKIT3177 for a 2021 Toyota RAV4 with flush rails.
