The step stool that you're seeing in the Yakima ShowDown # Y04081 videos is part # SASA-10C-G which has some height adjustability.
If you wanted something a little more standard and cost-effective then you can use the Safety Step Folding Platform Step # SASS-07C-S which is just a little smaller and has a fixed height, but will serve the exact same purpose well.
