The legs are angled beyond the platform of the step to increase stability. The leg tips are made of rubber to keep the step from moving beneath you, and they are angled 30 degrees to ensure full contact with the ground. Together, these unique features make up the anti-tip design, which ensures that the step remains stable and won't wobble or tip, even if you stand on the very edge of the platform. Another safety feature is the non-slip strips on the step platform, which provide traction even in wet weather.
