Looking up the information for your 2017 Forest River Cherokee Grey Wolf 26DBH I see it has a GVWR of 7,725lbs with a 725lb tongue weight which means you likely have tandem 3,500lb axles. You should find this information on the front drivers corner of your camper on the information tag. We currently have 23-1/8" # e59SR and 27" # e97SR leaf springs with the capacity for 3,500lb axles. These lengths are from the bolt hole center to bolt hole center on the leaf springs when the springs are relaxed. If you are taking a measurement with them on the camper with the full weight do note the springs get longer as they flatten. If this is the case please take a measurement along the radius of the spring and let me know what you find so I can direct you to the correct size.

I got 25 and 3/4”. Does that make sense? I used a piece of rope from eyelet to eyelet running the length of the spring.
