Will AL59202 work on my 1999 Silverado with a 6 inch ?

Matt, the Air Lift SlamAir Air Helper Springs for Lowered Trucks # AL59202 would work with a stock 1999 Chevrolet Silverado, but since you have a 6" lift it's not going to.
Instead, I'd suggest going with the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57272 with the Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers for LoadLifter 5000 and 7500XL # AL52460.
These springs, paired with the spacers, is going to work with your truck and provide you with up to 5,000 lbs of load leveling capacity.
You're also going to need a compressor # AL74000EZ which will let you adjust your air bags remotely and maintain the set air pressure.

So if I’m reading this correctly, those 3 part numbers you referenced for the bags, spacers and compressor are what is needed for 6” lifted truck? I have an 05 Silverado 1500 im wanting to put helper bags on for hauling trailers and local shops are telling me it cannot be done since I have the 6” lift.
