Does that bracket for the bag only work on a 2.5 inch wide spring? or will it work for a 3 inch wide spring?

The bottom bracket of the Air Lift SlamAir Air Helper Springs for Lowered Trucks # AL59106BT has approximately 3-1/8" of space so you would be able to install it over a 3" wide spring.
