Recommended Hitch for a 2021 Volvo XC90 Recharge

Forgot to mention that I would like to maintain the 5000# towing capacity of the XC90. So I am searching for a hitch that: 1) Has 5000+ lb GTW 2) Won't affect ground clearance or block the trunk's foot-access sensor 3) Will allow me to use my own ball mount 4) Is compatible with Volvo wiring harness I am not too concerned if the 2" receiver is visible all the time (don't require completely hidden). I think Item # 76194 might check all the boxes - just wondering if there are other options.

The only hitch that fits most of those requirements, for your 2021 Volvo XC90 Recharge, is the Stealth Hitches item # SH27FRT. Since you do not want to purchase the wiring harness what you can do is get the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver item # SH27FR and purchase the ball mount separately Item # 391BMU5S.
There's no hitch that checks all of your boxes and if you don't want to mess with your ground clearance and block the trunk sensor you'll need to go with one that has a removable receiver. The Stealth Hitches item # SH27FR will allow you to max out your towing capacity though and you don't have to purchase the one with the wiring harness.
You will also need a hitch ball if you go this route. For a 2" hitch ball you'll want item # 40038 or item # C40007 for a 2-5/16" one.
