Can Yakima StraightShot Hitch Extension be Used with Thule Apex

Question:
I have a 23’ Bronco Sasquatch Package. I am looking for a hitch extender so I can use my Thule Apex XT 5 bike rack with Two adult and two kids bikes. I was interested in the 8002739 Yakima StraightShot Hitch Extender. Would this application work? Thanks!
