Can Gen-Y Replacement Shank # 325-GH-505 Be Used with Flat Tow Setup

Question:
Hi Can a 2 tow bar shank be conected to Gen-Y GH-505 that also have opening of 2 to get higer rate raise than the usual 10Klb of the other type raise. I have Bloe ox Apollo with 2 shank rated for 12.5k. Thanks

Hey Rafael, if you wanted to use the Gen-Y Shank for Gen-Y Adjustable Ball Mount # 325-GH-505 as a high-low adapter with your Blue Ox Apollo tow bar you certainly can as that's what it was meant for plus it has a 16k towing capacity. What are you flat towing?
