Hello Stan. I suggest that you take a look at the Thule Epos Bike # TH99XE. This rack is made specifically with step-thru e-bikes in mind. It can hold two bikes weighing up to 70 lbs apiece. It uses adjustable, telescoping masts which clamp to the frame. This allows it to be compatible with alternative frame bikes like a step thru. Also, since it clamps to the frame and has straps that go thru the bottom of the wheels, the fenders on your bikes will not be an issue. It has an integrated locking cable for added security.
