Is the eco hitch all stainless steel or just the square receiver tube itself?

The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH98SR for your 2023 Hyundai Tucson uses stainless steel for the full center receiver, the chain plate, and center section of the cross tube - everything else is normal steel according to my contact at EcoHitch.
