Can The Yakima 1A Raingutter Towers Be Converted to Use Aero Crossbars?

I am considering the 1A rain gutter towers for my ‘84 Volvo. Is there a set of adapters that will allow me to fit a pair of non-round crossbars to them? I own a set that have an oval shape. Thanks

While the Yakima 1A Raingutter Towers # Y04093 are only able to be used with round bars we do have the Rhino-Rack Legs # RRRL110S2-2 which can attach to Aero bars. These also attach to roof gutters and can be used on their HD square bars or Vortex Aero bars. Depending on the bars you have and if they are long enough you may need a different set of crossbars.

Hey Bo, it is not normal for the Yakima 60 inch HD crossbars like the part #Y01156 to have a downward bow in the middle of them. They should be basically totally flat. I attached a picture of what they should look like for you to check out.
