Trimming is going to be needed on your 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTD to install a front hitch, but just the air dam. There's simply no way around it, but it isn't body work really (though I suppose that depends on your perspective). For a front hitch that only requires 3" x 2" trimming of the air dam use the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31088.
