What Model Hollywood Racks Bike Rack is This

Question:
Hi, can you tell me the model of this older type Hollywood hitch rack? its the type where you have to untighten each cradle to pull up, then tighten to lock, also has the fabric type bike straps instead of the rubber type, thanks.

It looks like you have an older version or the predecessor of the Road Runner trailer hitch mount bike rack. They had that lower stabilizer arm at the bottoms of the racks.
