I can not confirm or deny if we have any replacement knobs for your Bauer bicycle rack without any information on the rack, however due to the age I am going to assume probably not.

We do have the Replacement Bolt & Locking Knob for Surco 51953 Bike Rack # SPN-104 which sounds like what you're looking for.

This is designed for the 4 Bike Hitch Mounted Swing Away Rack, however if the knob and bolt you're replacing is 3/8" in diameter, has 16 threads per inch, and is 3-1/2" long, then this could work for you.
