I have a 2010 Mitsubishi fuso fe145 and I need a trailer hitch/reciever and 7 prong wire harness and brake controller

You were on the right track already with the # 41990 for your 2010 Mitsubishi Fuso FE145. There are no custom fit hitches so a universal weld-on is the only option. We have the # 41990-07 that comes with 7" brackets, the # 41990-16 with 16" brackets, or you can have a fabricator make custom brackets for the hitch.
To add a 7-way you will need to start with a 4-way. The Curt # C58044 will splice in for installation providing you with a 4-way. Then you will need the # ETBC7 which will upgrade you to a 7-way. This comes with the wiring, adapter, breakers, and everything else required for installation.
For a brake controller I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR. The main unit installs behind the dash so only the control knob will take up space in the cab. This brake controller is incredibly reliable and easy to use. You will also need the # RED69FR for installation.
