Recommended Class V Receiver Hitch for Semi With 34 Inch Frame

Question:

I’m looking for a class v receiver hitch to go on the rear of my semi to pull my camper. The frame width is 34in outside to outside.

For your semi I recommend the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver - Weld On - Class V - 2" # 41990-16.

This Class V hitch will fit frames up to 44 inches wide. It requires a weld on installation and the included side brackets give it a 16 inch drop. It has a maximum gross trailer weight of 16,000 lbs and tongue weight of 1,600 lbs. We also have this hitch available with shorter brackets if you would prefer a 7 inch drop, # 41990-07.
