If I have a 20foot roller and the correct fabric length for the solar 20foot 12 volt XL arms will it work?

So long as it is a Solera roller like item # LC33FR or item # LCV000211518 it will. The roller tubes are brand specific so if your tube isn't a Solera it won't be compatible with the Replacement Support Arms for Solera 12V XL Power RV Awnings item # LC362243 you mentioned.

The roller they are using is a Lippert V000330573 AWNROLL-20' BLKSOLD-FABLEDWH, then they ordered the correct frabic length and put it on that roller with the new powerXL 12 volt arms. the roller extends very slow . when you try to retract it will roll once back then stop and needs hand assist too roll over one more turn then it will continue to retract in.
