Hey Jean,
As long as your floor is level you could use the Race Ramps FlatStoppers for Vehicle Storage # RR-FS. These pads will lift your Tesla 3/8" up off the ground and with its curved design will help prevent flat spots from forming on the tires while sitting in storage. It has an 8.9 degree approach angle so shouldn't have an issue with clearance when loading the Tesla Model S onto the ramps.
