Is There Way to Mount Torklift Generator Carrier off to Side of Rear of Vehicle

Question:
I need to mount a locking generator carrier for a 3500 inverter generator on front of the driver side rear door as shown in the photo. Do I need to mount an additional hitch on that side. The door will not be opened, but the passenger side door will need daily access which is why a carrier cannot be installed in the center hitch.

Hey Jan, to locate the Torklift Generator carrier part # TLA7752 off-center in front of only one of the doors would require finding a welder/fabricator in your area who could add an additional hitch opening off to the side. This is such a rare request there isn't a product available for this specific application.
