Does Curt Front Hitch Fit 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 with Max Trailing Option

Question:

Please provide installation instructions for this front mount hitch C22NR for a 2024 Sierra 1500 SLT with the Max Trailing option with Enhanced Cooling which adds an air baffle assembly routing air to radiator. This air baffle assembly seems to block remove of one of the bolts. Thank you.

Hey John, if the air baffle is blocking the access to the bolt that needs to be removed to install the Curt hitch # C22NR you would need to also remove the baffle or position it (if possible) to allow access to the bolt. Curt does not have specific instructions for the Maxx Trailing option.

It sure would be helpful for Curt or etrailer to obtain and provide instructions for how to remove the air baffle so the bolt can be removed to install the hitch.
