On the PD4045CSV I am using with lithium batteries. I flipped the LA/LI switch to LI but wondered what to do with the H4 Lead/gel jumper. Should that jumper be removed or it what position should it be in for lithium

You don't have to remove the jumper with the Replacement Converter # PD4045CSV. Using lithium batteries just switch to the LI and you're set.
