Hi! What’s the difference between the PD4045LICSV Replacement Lithium Converter and the PD4045CVS which has the lithium switch ?

So the # PD4045CSV was recently redesigned so that it could switch between lithium batteries and non-lithium batteries where in the past it was only non-lithium. This is why other part number is getting discontinued.
