Expert Reply:
We do offer a Class II hitch for the 1996 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon with a respectable 3500 lb towing/350 lb tongue weight capacity, part # C12009.
For towing, you'd also need the trailer wiring harness, part # C55352 and a 1-7/8 inch ball, # 19256 or a 2 inch ball, part # 19258.
None of the hitch manufacturers we deal with offer a Class III hitch that would be compatible with the 1996 Roadmaster Estate Wagon.
