Is The Screen on the Vision S Camera System Brighter Than The Original Vision Camera Monitor?

Question:

Is the new furrion monitor brighter than the original? My original has always been so dim even at maximum brightness that it is not very useful except in the dark.

I personally feel the 7" Monitor # FR47FR for the Vision S is much brighter than the original monitor 4.3" monitor but a lot of it is likely to do with the size of the screen. If you are looking to upgrade you will need to get an entire 7" Kit # FR98NR as the new monitor uses a different communication method than the original camera.
