Are the black sections of pipe made out of metal or plastic? Listing says stainless steel but its odd that they are black if they are stainless steel.

You have a good eye as the black tubing sections are plastic for the Camco Gen-Turi RV Generator Exhaust System # CAM44461.
It's just the curved pipe section that is made out of stainless steel.
