Lock Recommendation for Shadow Gooseneck Trailer that Doesn't have Coupler Lip
Published 02/21/2024 >
Question:
I just bought a brand new Shadow gooseneck trailer and the old type locks won’t work. Because there is no big lip and there is a release arm would prevent me from using a square type lock. I was referred to you by the factory and am hoping you can tell me which of your locks will fit. Thank you

For gooseneck trailers like yours where the coupler is not a standard that we have a lock for the best option is going to be a wheel lock like the etrailer part # 288-02020, Barb. This will for sure fit as a lock and would be just as effective so it would be the route I would recommend.
