Troubleshooting Arms on Yakima FullBack Bike Rack Not Unlocking

my Yakima fullback rack arms wont unlock to adjust.

If the locking rings on your Yakima FullBack # Y02634 are not turning it may be that there is dirt inside these which is preventing it from moving. You can also try raising the arm slightly as you turn the locking rings as I have seen this is often required due to the tight clearances on the rack. If you are still unable to get the ring to unlock you will want to contact Yakima directly since the rack does have a lifetime warranty and they can help you verify if the unit needs replaced.
