Hey Sam, yes the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C95ZV you're looking at does fit your 2023 Infiniti QX60.

For a hitch, I recommend checking out the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C46DR. This is a nice class III hitch that has a 900 lb tongue weight rating, a 6,000 lb GTW, and is assembled in the USA. We don't have this listed as a fit, but I checked with Curt and it does fit your vehicle, so you don't need to worry about that.
