2022 Freightliner Chassis comes with their Brakesync systems that have a dedicated air tank and connection on the rear of the coach for towed vehicles with air brakes. Can the Brakesync system be used in place of the Air Force One tank and cutting into the coach air brake system?

Since your 2022 Fleetwood Discovery came with BrakeSync, then the Demco Air Force One Supplemental Braking System for Freightliner Chassis Motorhomes with BrakeSync # DM23MV is the only component you need to flat tow.

Your Freightliner chassis already has the components installed for the Air Force One.
