Will Using a 2-1/2" to 2" Reducer Reduce The Towing Capacity For a 2022 GMC Sierra 3500?
Question:
Got a 2022 gmc 3500 with a 2 1/2 hitch. Need to get a reducer down to 2. Will that effect my towing rating or ability to tow a 10000lb travel trailer. What is ur recommendation. Thanks

Using a Reducer Sleeve # e28JR is not going to reduce your trucks towing capacity unless you are using a lower capacity hitch. As you are most likely using a weight distribution hitch you should not have any issue with towing your 10,000LB travel trailer behind your 2022 GMC Sierra 3500.
