Hello, I have a 1965 Selma 4x6 utility trailer I am am looking for tail lights running, blinker, stop for. It could be flush mounted, it has a round 3.5 opening with a 4 space between a mounting bracket. I have pictures.

Based on your images it appears you have the Peterson Driver # 432000 and Passenger # 431800 lights currently on your 1965 Selma utility trailer.
If you prefer something different the LED Trailer Tail Light # STL413RFHXB would be a good option with a 4" diameter.
