Does The Blue Ox Patriot Braking System Come With A Monitor To Display When The Brakes Are Activated

Question:

The Road Master unit monitors the brake switch and sends to the display if the brakes pedal is being pressed. The only thing I saw on the Blue Ox is that a light would have to be added and wired on the dash of the towing vehicle. Is this so?

The Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR includes a separate monitor that plugs into a 12v outlet in your motorhome to display when the brakes are being applied and alert you in the event of a breakaway between the motorhome and towed vehicle. The monitor will also allow you tor manually apply the brakes and adjust your settings without having to get out of the motorhome and walk back to the towed vehicle.
