How Many Bolts Install the etrailer Base Plate Kit # e98948 and is it Made in USA

Question:
This is a follow up to Andrew’s response to my initial question. It appears two of the front bumper bolts on each side also fasten the base plate to the vehicle the ones with the large washers that are held in place with the tape during installation. That would make a total of eight bolts. Is this accurate? One last question - this is made in USA by Demco? Thanks!

Yes, a total of 8 bolts secure the etrailer base plate kit part # e98948 and it is made in the USA by same company as the Demco base plate kits.
