Does Installing the Curt Hitch C25FV on a 2024 Mazda CX-90 Require Cutting?

I have a 2024 new Mazda cx90 I would like to put a hitch on it I have a 2” Kuat bicycle rack Do I have to cut anything on my bumper or does it fit right under it

Expert Reply:
There is no cutting required to install the Curt Hitch item # C25FV on your 2024 Mazda CX-90. There is a small panel beneath your bumper cover that you will remove and not reinstall that will give you clearance for the 2" receiver. If you wanted to reinstall the panel you would then need to make some cuts in it so it would fit around the downtube of the hitch but this is not required.
