Will the C29VV interfere with the kick sensor on a 2024 Lexus RX350H?

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C29VV will not interfere with the kick sensor function on your 2024 Lexus RX 350h. To get it to work however, you'll have to kick to either side of the receiver instead of swiping your foot under the bumper for the sensors to pick up your foot movement.

Having what I think is a common issue. 2024 Lexus RX350H. Hitch installed per instructions but kick sensor not working. Tried swiping foot everywhere left to right from left of receiver to right of receiver. No luck. Any other suggestions?

@HowieR Hey Howie, sorry to hear about the issues you're having and yes you are right it is a fairly common occurrence. What you can try to do is stick your head underneath the vehicle to make sure that none of the sensors are incorrectly positioned. Sometimes kick sensor can get lost with a trailer hitch, but this shouldn't be a problem with your vehicle.
