For your 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV the hitch I would recommend is the Curt hitch part # C38DR unless you wanted a removable setup that would be totally hidden when not in use like the EcoHitch part # TL84CR. The EcoHitch is quite a bit more expensive but it does have option to be totally hidden when not in use. The Curt has only the hitch opening that hangs down below the rear bumper so its mostly hidden.
