No, it does not but I have one that does. It is the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel Pin Box item # GY86GR. This pin box is custom designed for the Lippert Rhino bolt pattern. It has an identical 21,000 lbs towing capacity and a 3,500 lbs tongue weight to the one you were looking at.

The Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel Pin Box item # 325-GH-8040 you were looking at fits the Lippert 1621 and 1621 HD pin boxes.
