There is one hitch lock for a 2-1/2 inch hitch that stands above the rest to protect the Gen-Y Phantom X Adjustable 2-Ball Mount - 2-1/2" Hitch # GY95XR.
The lock I highly recommend to keep your ball mount safe is the InfiniteRule Hitch Lock for 2-1/2" Hitches # 34061072-D
The lock won't rust because it is made from stainless steel and its 42,000 lb shear strength means nobody is going to just be able to walk up and snatch it from your hitch.
