Does the Bedrug BRQ15SCK Have LED Light and Anchor Point Tie Down Cutouts

Question:
Does this bed rug have cut out for the box lighting in the bed of the truck and the removable tie downs on the Ford F-150 Box Link system?

You will need to use a razor blade to cut out the area of the Bedrug part # BRQ15SCK so that you have access to the truck bed light and tie down anchor. I attached a picture that shows a similar truck as yours where they cut out the portion of the liner.

I thought I saw on a video review of this that the back side of the liner has markings showing where to cut the light and tie down hook openings out. Is this correct?
