What is Actual Max Drop of Bulletproof Adjustable Ball Mound HD256

Question:
Hd256 is described as a 7 1/4 inch . Bulletproof describes it as a six inch . Their diagram shows 6”. Is this a typo?

Hey Michael, so this is a great question about the Bulletproof adjustable ball mount part # HD256 but the issue is that some people measure the rise/drop differently which causes some confusion. We measure from the top of the shank down to the bottom of the ball mount platform where the ball is installed. So using that method we came up with 7-1/4 inches. Most likely BD measured to a higher part of the ball.
